I was in a rush which probably didn't help but would be good to have an expedited process for those who have popped out from work and perhaps have less time on their hands

The sales representative, Chris Read was professional and courteous and he was informative and provided us with unbiased suggestions when we were unsure on certain situations. His dedication really made a difference.

From the moment you arrive, where you are welcomed by Tracy at reception, you are treated as a respected individual by all who you meet. The staff show an interest in you and get to know you. On every visit they make you feel important.

All of the staff are excellent -- particularly 10 out of 10 for Nick Irish (Sales Executive) and Tracy (Reception) -- but car parking at the showrooms is a disaster and telephone communications can be difficult at times.

Quick to answer questions, nothing was too much trouble. The car I have now is a big change from my previous vehicle but Chris spent a significant amount of time going through the features with me on delivery of the car
