I keep returning to BMW Hindhead due to the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Nothing is too much trouble for Ian Foden, Steve Hunter, and especially my sales contact, Lee Middlemiss. All, including the Receptionists, are a credit to BMW

Waste lots of time doing a health check I didn't ask for. Parts are expensive and the cost of labour per hour is way too high.

Quick diagnosis of the problem I had with my 3 series (passenger electronic door lock failure). Parts were available and the repair was made on the same day. I was kept up to date all the way through and was made aware of the costs as well. Overall
